Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insiders

Pexip Holding ASA (Pexip) has been notified that board member Kjell Skappel today, 27 November 2020, has purchased 16,600 shares in the company at an average price of NOK 60.47 through his wholly owned company, Radka Invest AS. After this transaction, Radka Invest holds 22,500 Pexip shares.

In addition, Stavanger Venture AS, where Skappel has a 36% ownership and is the CEO, holds 5,000,000 Pexip shares and T.D. Veen AS, where Skappel is the CEO, holds 2,688,746 Pexip shares.
