Release of shares from voluntary escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, PEXA Group Limited (‘Company’ or ‘PEXA Group’) advises as follows:

  1. 3,269,494 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 26 August 2022. As disclosed in the Replacement Prospectus dated 21 June 2021, shares held by Escrowed Management would be subject to voluntary escrow arrangements until the release of the Company’s financial results for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 (Management Escrowed Shares). As announced to ASX, the financial results for FY22 will be released to ASX on 26 August 2022.

  2. 64,709 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 29 August 2022. As disclosed in the Replacement Prospectus dated 21 June 2021, shares issued pursuant to the Employee and Director offer would be released upon the opening of the trading window following the release of the Company’s results for the financial year ended 30 June 2022. The trading window will open on 29 August 2022.

  3. 1,475 shares have been released from voluntary escrow under the terms of the Employee Gift Offer and 291 shares have been released from voluntary escrow under the terms of the Employee and Director Offer.
