Retirement of Non- Executive Director
PEXA Group Ltd (ASX:PXA) (PEXA or the Company) advises that Helen Silver AO, will retire as a NonExecutive Director of PEXA effective 1 May 2026.
PEXA Chair, Mark Joiner, expressed the Board’s gratitude for Helen’s contribution to the Company since she joined the Board in May 2022.
Mr Joiner said, “On behalf of the PEXA Board I would like to thank Helen for her contribution and service to the Company. She has been an excellent member of the Board and Chair of the Remuneration, Nomination and People Committee. The Company has benefitted greatly from her extensive knowledge of government, the regulatory environment and governance. We appreciate and understand Helen's decision to retire given her other professional commitments and wish her the very best in these endeavours.”
A process is underway to replace Helen and further information will be provided in due course.
