Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary

World-leading digital property exchange platform and property insights solutions business, PEXA Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of James Orr as Company Secretary.

James has more than 25 years experience as a Company Secretary, having worked in public and private companies across a variety of industry sectors.

Naomi Dawson has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 26 February 2024. The Board thanks Naomi for her long service to PEXA Group Ltd and its subsidiaries. Alice Morrison will remain as a Company Secretary of PEXA Group Ltd.

PEXA Group further advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, that James is now the person responsible for communication with ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters.
