Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary

PEXA Group Limited (ASX: PXA) ( PEXA Group ) advises that Alice Morrison (PEXA Group Chief Legal and Governance Officer) has been appointed as Company Secretary of PEXA Group, a role held jointly with existing Company Secretary, Naomi Dawson.

Andrew Metcalfe has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from today.

PEXA Group further advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, Naomi Dawson is now the person responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters.

The release of this announcement was authorised by the Board of PEXA Group Limited.
