Retirement of Non-Executive Director

PEXA Group advises that Dr Kirstin Ferguson, a Non-Executive Director of PEXA Group, will retire from the PEXA Group Board with effect from 1 March 2024.

PEXA Group Chairperson Mark Joiner expressed the Board’s gratitude for Dr Ferguson’s services since the company listed on the ASX in July 2021.

Mr Joiner said “Together with the PEXA Group Board I would like to thank Kirstin for her invaluable services to PEXA. Kirstin has been an outstanding Board member and Chair of the Remuneration, Nomination and People Committee. Kirstin brought to the Board extensive knowledge of corporate culture, leadership and governance. On behalf of the Board, I wish Kirstin the very best in her future endeavours and I personally thank Kirstin for her support and friendship.”

The PEXA Group Board has commenced a search to replace Dr Ferguson and further information on a new director appointment will be provided in due course.
