Appointment and resignation of Company Secretary
PEXA Group Limited (ASX: PXA) ( PEXA Group ) is pleased to announce that Andrew Metcalfe has been appointed as Company Secretary.
Andrew Metcalfe is an experienced Company Secretary with more than 25 years’ experience, having worked with many ASX-listed companies across a variety of industry sectors.
Ian Gilmour has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from today. The Board thanks Ian Gilmour for his long service to PEXA Group and its subsidiaries.
PEXA Group further advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, that Andrew Metcalfe is now the person responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters.
