NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Pets at Home Group Plc (the "Company")

On 9 June 2015, certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and/or their connected persons notified the Company of the following transfers of ordinary shares  in the share capital of the Company (the "Shares"):

The above transfer took place on 5 June, 2015. No consideration was paid for the transfer. Following the transfer, Louise Stonier's total interests in Shares in the Company (including interests in options and her connected persons) remains unchanged as detailed in column 6 above (subject to the below).
