Updated Financial Calendar 2025

Petros Petropoulos AEBE, in accordance with Article 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Resolution 25 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Athens Exchange, announces updated Financial Calendar for the year 2025, regarding distribution of Dividend.

Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: June 19th, 2025

Cut off date: July 11th, ,2025*

Record Date: July 14th, 2025*

Pay date: July 18th, 2025*

The Board of Directors will propose to AGM, distribution of dividend for the year 2024, 0.30/share.

Date of announcement/publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the first half of the fiscal year 2025: August 8, 2025.

The company retains the right to modify the above dates following timely notice of the investing community.
