
PetroNor E&P ASA: Update on The Gambia A4 license
Oslo, 2 December 2025: PetroNor E&P ASA ("PetroNor" or the "Company") advises that it is withdrawing from the exploration licence for Block A4 in The Gambia.
As outlined in the Q3 2025 results released on 20 November 2025, the initial exploration phase of the licence for Block A4 expired during mid-November 2025 and the Company had been in discussion with the Government of The Gambia regarding future options. Following the conclusion of these discussions the Company can now confirm that it is relinquishing its rights to the licence.
The Company would like to thank the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, the Petroleum Commission, and its partner, GNPC, for their support and close collaboration over the past years of the licence term.
