NSX - REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION OF SHARES

African Petroleum Corporation Limited ("African

Petroleum") (NSX:AOQ) requests that a suspension be

granted by the National Stock Exchange of Australia

("NSX") with respect to its ordinary shares

effective pre-open on 10 February 2015 until

Wednesday 11 February 2015 and provides the

following information in relation to that request:

African Petroleum seeks a suspension of its shares

whilst it undertakes a book-building for a proposed

capital raising;

African Petroleum requests the suspension end pre-

open Wednesday 11 February 2015; and

African Petroleum is not aware of any reason why

the suspension should not be granted.
