PetroNor E&P ASA: Notice of the annual general meeting to be held on 21 May 2025
Oslo, 30 April 2025: The annual general meeting of PetroNor E&P ASA (OSE ticker: PNOR, “PetroNor”) will be held on Wednesday, 21 May 2025 at 10:00 AM (CEST). The meeting will be held virtually through the facilities of Lumi.
The notice of the annual general meeting is attached to this announcement. The notice and enclosures may also be found at www.petronorep.com.
Shareholders are only allowed to participate online. Shareholders shall pre-register their attendance prior to the general meeting by following the link: https://investor.vps.no/gm/logOn.htm?token=1381a04c54270280b23fa5bb2fa358fb5b9b7503&validTo=1750406400000&oppdragsId=20250416VPJ00XU0, through investor services or by completing and returning the attendance slip in Enclosure B of the notice of meeting. The deadline for pre-registration is 16:00 CET on 19 May 2025. Shareholders that do not pre-register will not be allowed to vote at the general meeting.
Shareholders participating must go to the following website: https://dnb.lumiagm.com/ and enter the Meeting ID 132-660-632. Shareholders who wish to attend and vote at the annual general meeting must be entered in the shareholder register no later than 5 working days before the date of the general meeting, i.e., no later than 14 May 2025.
