PetroNeft has received notification from Mr. Alastair McBain of the disposal by him, and companies controlled by him, of his entire shareholding in the Company. In addition, the Company has received notification from Mr. Lloyd Wiggins that he now holds 154,974,339 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company which represents approximately 14.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
