ANNOUNCEMENT

Re: PHL: Final results for the year ended 31 December 2022

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd met today, Thursday, 27 April 2023 at 11.00 a.m. at the Company's offices, 1 Kilkis Str., 6015 Larnaca, and decided, inter alia, the following:

• It approved the audited consolidated financial statements and the audited financial statements of the holding company for the year ended 31 December 2022.
• It approved a proposal to the Annual General Meeting for the payment of final dividend at 4.41% or 1.5 cents per share.
• It set the date of the Annual General Meeting of 2022 for Wednesday, 14 June 2023, at 11.00 a.m. at the Company's head offices, 1 Kilkis Str., 6015 Larnaca.

Consequently, and pursuant to Article 9 of the Transparency Requirements (Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law of 2007 (L.190(I)/2007), please find attached the audited consolidated financial statements and the audited financial statements of the holding company Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd for the year ended 31 December 2022, copies of which are available at the Company's registered office, 1 Kilkis Str., 6015 Larnaca and on the Company's website (www.petrolina.com.cy).
