We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd met today, Wednesday 27 September 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at the Company's offices, 1, Kilkis Str, 6015 Larnaca and, inter alia:
i. Approved the reviewed condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2023, attached hereto.
The half-yearly results will not be sent to the shareholders but will be published in the daily press. The full text of the half-yearly report is available at the Company's Registered Office, 1, Kilkis, Str., 6015 Larnaca and on the Company's website (www.petrolina.com.cy).
