Re: Completion of agreement for the acquisition of properties on the beach front of the Larnaca-Dekelia main road, of a total area of 76,254 s.m. including the facilities, between Exxon Mobil Cyprus Limited and Petrolina Bayfront Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd

Further to the announcement dated 24 June 2021 on the above transaction, Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd announces that the transfer and registration of the above properties in the name of Petrolina Bayfront Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd, has been successfully completed.

We would like to remind you that on 24/06/2021, Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd entered into an agreement with Exxon Mobil Cyprus Limited for the acquisition of the above properties through Petrolina Bayfront Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd, which was incorporated for this purpose.
