Re: Signed Statement of the Members to the condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the half year ended 30 June 2022

The Statement of the Members to the condensed interim consolidated financial statements of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd for the half year ended 30 June 2022, which were submitted to the Supervisory Authorities on 28/09/2022, was not signed by one member of the Board who was absent from the relevant meeting.

We therefore submit a copy of the relevant Statement of Members, duly signed and certified as true copy by the Company Secretary.

STATEMENT BY THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DRAFTING OF THE CONDENSED INTERIM CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Pursuant to article 10, clauses 3(c) and (7) of the Transparency Requirements (Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law of 2007 L.190(I)/2007 ("the Law"), we, the members of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer, hereby declare that, to the best of our knowledge:

• (a) The condensed interim consolidated financial statements of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd for the half year ended 30 June 2022, presented on pages 2 to 21:
  • (i) were prepared in accordance with the International Accounting Standard 34 "Interim Financial Report", as adopted by the European Union, and the provisions of article 10, clause (4) of the Law, and
  • (ii) give a true and fair view of the assets and liabilities, the financial position and the profit or loss of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd and the undertakings included in the consolidated accounts as a whole, and
• (b) the interim management report gives a fair overview of the information required under article 10, clause (6) of the Law.
