PETROLINA (HOLDINGS) PUBLIC LTD
STATEMENT BY THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE OFFICERS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DRAFTING OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Pursuant to article 9, clauses 3(c) and (7) of the Transparency Requirements (Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law of 2007 L.190(I)/2007 ("the Law"), we, the members of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer, hereby state that, to the best of our knowledge:
- (a) the annual financial statements of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd for the year ended 31 December 2018, presented on pages 20 to 69:
- (i) were prepared pursuant to International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union and the provisions of article 9, clause (4) of the Law, and
- (ii) give a true and fair view of the assets and liabilities, the financial situation and the profit or losses of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd and
- (b) the Management Report provides a fair overview of the developments and performance as well as of the financial situation of the Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd, together with a description of the main risks and uncertainties they face.

Pursuant to article 9, clauses 3(c) and (7) of the Transparency Requirements (Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law of 2007 L.190(I)/2007 ("the Law"), we, the members of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer, hereby state that, to the best of our knowledge:
- (c) the annual consolidated financial statements of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd for the year ended 31 December 2018, presented on pages 25 to 84:
- (iii) were prepared pursuant to International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union and the provisions of article 9, clause (4) of the Law, and
- (iv) give a true and fair view of the assets and liabilities, the financial situation and the profit or losses of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd and the business included in the consolidated financial statements as a whole, and
- (d) the Consolidated Management Report provides a fair overview of the developments and performance as well as of the financial situation of the Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd and of the business included in the consolidated financial statements as a whole, together with a description of the main risks and uncertainties they face.
