Agreement Signed for the Acquisition of an Interest

Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby informs the interested public that on 26th February 2020 an agreement was signed with the seller Elektro Primorska d.d. for the acquisition of 100 percent interest in E 3, d.o.o. The transaction will be completed after suspensive conditions have been fulfilled, among which is obtaining consent from the Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for the Protection of Competition.

Petrol d.d., Ljubljana intends to continue developing the business of E 3, d.o.o., and to retain the existing jobs.
