in the Process of Selecting Members of the Supervisory Board

I, candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, hereby expressly confirm that my personal data provided in the application for the selection of members of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana will be processed and used by Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, Dunajska c. 50, Ljubljana in the process of selecting the candidates. The data are processed in accordance with Article 6 (1.b) of the General Personal Data Protection Regulation. Should a candidate not be selected, the data shall be deleted within 5 years from the candidate selection end date. The rights of individuals relating to the protection of personal data are defined in the Privacy Policy available at www.petrol.si/gdpr/politika-zasebnosti.
