Petrol d.d., Ljubljana s Workers Council Elects Supervisory Board Members – Employee Representatives

Pursuant to Article 26 of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI-1) and Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana publishes information on the appointment of Supervisory Board Members – Employee Representatives.

At its 31st ordinary meeting held on 4 December 2024, the Workers’ Council of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana elected employee representatives of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana. The terms of office of the current representatives end on 23 February 2025. The newly elected employee representatives in the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana are Lina Jerman, Robert Ravnikar and Marko Šavli. Their four-year terms of office commence on 24 February 2025.
