Supervisory Board Appointed Worker Director

At its 52nd meeting of 4 November 2020, the Supervisory Board appointed Zoran Gračner a new Management Board member and Worker Director of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana for a five-year term of office starting on 11 December 2020. Ika Krevzel Panić completed her five-year term of office as Management Board member and Worker Director on 10 December 2020.

In accordance with the Articles of Association of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, one of Management Board members is always a worker director, who only participates in decisions relating to human resources and social policy and may represent the Company together with another member or president of the Management Board.
