In reply to the news reported in the media today, the Management Board of Petrol denies to have been aware of any item on the agenda of today's meeting of the Supervisory Board under which the members of the Supervisory Board would discuss the replacement of the Management Board.

The business operations of the Petrol Group are running smoothly and in accordance with the Group’s approved ambitious strategy and annual plan. In the scope of the planned business growth, different stress scenarios are investigated, testing the readiness of the Petrol Group to face the decline of economic growth and a possible future crisis.

On October 10, 2019 Standard & Poor's Rating Services affirmed the »BBB-» long-term and the »A-3« short-term credit rating of Petrol, and its credit rating outlook stable. The Petrol Group remains committed to maintaining the investment credit rating and sustainable growth in the future.
