Notification of Transaction by

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that Tim Weller, Chief Financial Officer, yesterday bought 20,000 ordinary shares ("Shares") of US$0.02 each in the Company at 874 pence per Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Weller has a discloseable interest in 97,146 Shares, representing 0.03 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.  

The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,912,747 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
