Petrobras on management compensation

Rio de Janeiro, March 23, 2023 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A - Petrobras announces that its Board of Directors (BD) approved, by majority vote, the submission for consideration at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders scheduled for April 27, 2023, of a proposal to adjust the fixed compensation of the company's managers by the INPC for the period 2013 to 2022 (43.88%). The proposal does not have immediate effect and its eventual approval, if accepted by the shareholders, will impact the management's compensation only after the date of the 2023 AGM.

The proposal will also be sent for evaluation to SEST - Secretariat of Coordination and Governance of State Companies.

More information about the proposal for setting the remuneration of Petrobras' managers will be disclosed in the Manual for Participation in the AGM, to be disclosed at the time of your call.
