Petrobras on STF Judgment

Rio de Janeiro, June 28, 2023 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras, following up on the releases disclosed on 02/15/2022 and 06/26/2023, informs that, on 06/27/2023, the Justice Minister Dias Toffoli asked for access to the case in which the minimum compensation based on an employee's position and work schedule (RMNR) is being discussed, suspending the judgment. The Minister will have up to 90 working days to return the case for inclusion in the agenda and continuation of the judgment.
