Petrobras on pieces of news in the media

Rio de Janeiro, May 02, 2023 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras, regarding the pieces of news in the media about the sale of its stake in exploratory portion of the Tayrona Block, located in the Guajira Basin, Colombia, informs that the divestment process was concluded in 2020, after having had no binding proposals at the time.

The Company understood, at the time, that it would be more appropriate not to relaunch the project teaser to wait the results of the drilling of the wells in the region.

Facts deemed relevant will be disclosed to the market in due course.
