Rio de Janeiro, June 26, 2023 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras, following up on the release disclosed on 02/15/2022 and in clarification of the news published in the media today, informs that it is waiting for the closing of the virtual plenary session and the announcement of the result of the judgment of the appeal related to the minimum compensation based on an employee's position and work schedule (RMNR), which should occur only after 06/30/2023, to provide information to the market about the decision of the Federal Supreme Court.

Facts deemed relevant on the subject will be disclosed to the market in due course.
