Petrobras on the sale of REGAP Refinery

Rio de Janeiro, November 17, 2022 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that it has received a binding proposal for the sale of the Gabriel Passos Refinery (REGAP), in Minas Gerais, but decided to close the process, since the conditions of the presented proposal were below Petrobras' economic and financial evaluation. Thus, the company will evaluate the appropriate moment to start a new competitive process.

Petrobras reinforces its commitment to a comprehensive transparency of its divestment projects and portfolio management and informs that the subsequent steps will be disclosed to the market in accordance with the company's Systematics for Divestment and Decree 9,188/2017.
