Petro Matad Limited (AIM: MATD), the AIM quoted Mongolian oil company, announces the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The AGM was also accessible via the Investor Meet Company platform. All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed on a show of hands.
