Petro Matad Limited (AIM: MATD), the AIM quoted Mongolian oil company, announces the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The AGM was also accessible via a live dial-in facility. All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed on a show of hands.
