Petro Matad (AIM: MATD), the AIM quoted Mongolian oil explorer, announces the results of the Company's annual general meeting held today in Singapore with Satellite connection from Mongolia. Due to worldwide Covid-19 measures which prevented the attendance of shareholders in person, the Chairman of the meeting called for a poll on all 6 resolutions. All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed on poll. Detailed poll results will be posted on the Company's website shortly.
