Results of Annual General Meeting

At the Petrel Resources Plc AGM held in Dublin at 10.30 noon Friday 24th July 2020, all the resolutions which were put to the meeting were duly passed. 

Further to the November 2019 EGM, and subsequent Regulatory News Statements, Michel Fayad did not allow his name to go forward for re-election as director.  

Petrel will continue to support appropriate arrangements to solve outstanding issues, including possible future director nominations, subject to regulatory approvals.

Petrel is open to cooperate with the Tamraz group on potential deals and projects.
