Vesting of Share Awards

Following the vesting of shares with the Company's Directors and Senior Management related to the Company's 2011 Longer-Term Share Plan (applies to both Directors and Senior Management) and 2012 Performance Share Plan (applies to Directors), application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 5,132,178 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

Included in this total is an amount of 475,415 ordinary shares issued under the 2012 Performance Share Plan (refer to the announcement 'Director Share Grants' dated 28 November 2014).

The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00am on 8 October 2015.

Following admission of the Shares, the Company will have a total of 522,795,562 ordinary shares in issue.
