Total Voting Rights

Petra Diamonds Limited today announces that in conformity with the Transparency Directive, Petra's issued share capital as at 31 March 2015 consisted of 515,230,465 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Petra is 515,230,465.

The above figure of 515,230,465 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in (or a change to their interest in) Petra under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
