Petra announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2014 ("Annual Report") has been published and is available to view on the Company's website www.petradiamonds.com. It will be posted to shareholders shortly.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held in the Pine Room of the Atlantic Hotel, Le Mont de la Pulente, St Brelade, Jersey JE3 8HE at 2:00pm GMT on 27 November 2014.
