I would like to take this opportunity to ask if you would like to receive future Petershill Partners plc shareholder communications electronically via our website. If you agree, then in future we will notify you by post, or if you choose, by email, when annual reports, notices of meetings and other documents and information we would like you to be aware of become available on our website at www.petershillpartners.com.

The increased use of electronic communications has delivered significant benefits to the company in terms of reduced administration, printing and postage costs, as well as speeding up the provision of information to our shareholders. The reduced use of paper also has environmental benefits and helps the company make progress towards being a more responsible business. Many shareholders already receive communications in this way.

We will continue to communicate with you by post advising when documents become available on our website, for example, we will send you a Form of Proxy and pre-paid envelope enabling you to vote at our Annual General Meeting and advise you that a copy of the full annual report is available to view on our website.
• B. To join our growing number of shareholders who choose to receive communications from us by email, please see Option 2 and follow the instructions. By providing us with your email address you will:
  • ► Receive email notifications when shareholder communications become available online;
  • ► Receive quarterly updates on Petershill Partners performance; and
  • ► Have immediate access to the Annual Report and proxy voting facilities online.
• C. To continue to receive printed copies of your shareholder communications including a hard copy of the annual report, please see Option 3 and follow the instructions.
