Block Listing Application

Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that it has made a block listing application to the London Stock Exchange in respect of 6,940,824 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that admission of the block listing shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 29 December 2014.

The block listing relates to ordinary shares which will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy future conversions of Company's convertible loan notes.
