Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting, to be held at the County Club, 158 High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3HJ on 22 July 2021 at 11.00 a.m. have been posted to shareholders.
Copies are available from the Company's registered office: Parallel House, 32 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 2AB and on its website www.petards.com at the "Investors: Financial reports & circulars 2020" page.
A copy of the proxy form for the AGM and a letter to shareholders explaining the business to be conducted and providing further information regarding the impact of Covid-19 restrictions on the arrangements for the AGM, are also available on the same web page.
In light of the current position in relation to the Government's lifting of the restrictions on large gatherings and other public health measures, shareholders are strongly encouraged not to attend the AGM in person.
