Grant of Share Options

Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that options over 700,000 new ordinary shares in the Company were granted on 24 April 2015 to Adcel Limited a company controlled by Paul Negus, a director of Petards.  The options have an exercise price of 11.625p, being the closing mid-market share price on 23 April 2015 (the latest possible date prior to the date of award) and are exercisable after three years.
