Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that Terry Connolly, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Board of his intention to retire from the Board with effect from 31 December 2023.

Raschid Abdullah, Chairman of Petards commented: "Terry has been a valued Board member for many years and has made important contributions to the operation of the Board and its committees, acting as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and as chair of the Audit Committee.   On behalf of the Board I would like to thank him for his efforts and wish him a long and enjoyable retirement."

On Terry's retirement, John Wakefield will be appointed Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Geraint Davies will be appointed Chair of the Audit Committee.
