Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, today announces that Bill Conn is stepping down as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Petards Chairman Raschid Abdullah said:

"On behalf of the board I would like to thank Bill for the contribution he has made during the nine years that he has served as a director of Petards, which included five years as CEO and more recently in a non-executive role, and we wish him well for the future."
