1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company and Related Party Transaction of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026,
2. To consider and approve the acquisition of a company engaged in the sugar sector, including approval of the acquisition structure, purchase consideration and terms and conditions of acquisition, and execution of definitive agreements, as applicable,
3. To consider and approve the appointment of Mr. Rahul Chandrashekhar Chandratre (DIN: 02653975) as Additional Director of the company,
4. To consider and approve the appointment of Internal auditor of the company,
5. To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
