This is to inform you that Disclosure on Related Party Transactions for the Half Year ended 30[th] September, 2022 under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015 in not applicable to the Company.

Further we would like to inform you that as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements), the compliance with Corporate Governance provisions as specified in Regulation 17, 17 A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clause (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and Para C, D and E of schedule V shall not apply in respect of:

The listed entity having paid up Capital not exceeding Rs. 10 Crores and the net worth of the company shall not exceed Rs. twenty-five crores as on the last day of the previous financial year.
The listed entity whose specified securities are listed on SME Exchange platform.

Since the paid-up capital of our Company is Rs. 9,52,200/- and the net worth of the company is not exceeding rupees twenty-five crores as on the last day of the previous financial year, therefore compliance as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI LODR, 2015 is not applicable to our Company. Hence the same is not required to be submitted.
