TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

On 22 April 2020 Personal Assets Trust plc ("the Company") bought 4,000 of its own ordinary shares of £12.50 to be held in Treasury at a price of £419.60 each. 

The Company's issued share capital consists of 2,766,549 ordinary shares, of which 48,346 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Personal Assets Trust plc is 2,718,203.

The above figure (2,718,203) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
