Arrka Infosec Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary - Transferor Company) into Persistent Systems Limited (Holding Company – Transferee Company) by absorption has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (the ‘Hon’ble NCLT’) through its Order dated April 21, 2026.

The official notification in this regard has been received by the Company via email on April 21, 2026, at 2138 Hrs. IST.

The Certified Copy of the said Order is awaited and the Company will submit the same to the Stock Exchanges upon its receipt in due course.
