Sub: Intimation of Book Closure for the purpose of 33[rd] Annual General Meeting and payment of Final Dividend and Special Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23
We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held in the month of April 2023, has recommended the Final Dividend of INR 12 (INR Twelve) per Equity Share for the Financial Year 2022-23 and Special Dividend of INR 10 (INR Ten) per Equity Share of INR 10 (Ten) each for achieving $1 billion in annual revenue. This aggregate Dividend of INR 22 (INR Twenty-Two Only) per Equity Share is subject to the approval by Members in the 33[rd] Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company to be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.
