The Company has noted the above-referred news. However, the Company does not comment on such speculative reports or news.

There is currently no information which requires disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 or any other applicable regulations.
