Ref: Our earlier intimation under reference no. NSE & BSE / 2020-21 / 85 dated December 17, 2020

We refer to our above-mentioned intimation pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 where the Company had informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 and will continue on Thursday, January 28, 2021 and Friday, January 29, 2021 at Pune to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 and to consider payment of Interim Dividend if any, for the Financial Year 2020-2021 (‘Business Items’). In the said intimation, it was also intimated that the Board will consider the aforesaid Business Items on Friday, January 29, 2021.

Please note that Board has rescheduled the sequence of agenda items to be discussed at this 3-days’ meeting to be held on January 27, 28 and 29, 2021.

As per the revised schedule, the Board of Directors will consider the abovementioned 2 (two) Business Items on Thursday, January 28, 2021. The Board will continue the other agenda items on 3[rd] day of the meeting i.e. on Friday, January 29, 2021.

The Company will hold investor/ analyst call on Friday, January 29, 2021. During such call, the Management will comment on the financial results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2020 and comment on business outlook. Details of the call will be published on the Company's website in due course.

Also, the Record Date for payment of Interim Dividend, if the same is approved by the Board of Directors at this meeting, will be Wednesday, February 10, 2021.

The rest details mentioned in our above-referred letter dated December 17, 2020 remain unchanged.
