Ltd., (‘Shree Infosoft’) by Persistent Systems Limited (‘Persistent’) and the assets acquisition of Shree Partners LLC, USA, (‘Shree Partners’) Parent Company of Shree Infosoft, by Persistent Systems Inc. USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Persistent, have been met on November 18, 2021.
